The prices shown for weekly rates - all weeks start on a Friday.
BOOKING/PAYMENT
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required per week on booking. The balance is payable in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer (please mail for details). Please telephone or email to check availability first on 07989 109099 or Findie@live.co.uk and then send your booking details and deposit cheque made payable to:

SMOKING
Both static caravans are no smoking.
SHORT BREAKS
Short breaks MAY BE available on request.
DOGS
Well behaved dogs are very welcome. No charges are made for dogs and there is no limit to numbers. However, dogs must not be left unattended in the caravans or gardens at any time - kennels are available at extra cost - please enquire upon arrival.
Owners are responsible for bringing their own pet's bedding - please do not use the bedding provided in the statics. Dogs are not allowed on beds or bedding (unless you bring your own by prior arrangement).
Please note that this is a working farm, so there are a few doggy rules, like not chasing the chickens and not bothering livestock.
We will not accept any bitches which are due to whelp within two weeks of the start of your booking.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is included in the cost of your stay.
LINEN AND TOWELS
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before you arrive. Tea towels and personal towels are provided but please bring a good supply of dog towels and towels you may wish to use on the beach.
ARRIVALS
Guests are requested to arrive after 3.00 pm and should phone a few days in advance with an approximate time of arrival to allow their caravans to be ready for them. Upon arrival they will be met by Julie.
DEPARTURES
Guests are requested to vacate caravans by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Weeks start and end on a FRIDAY
CLEANING
The caravans are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because of the limited period available in which to clean, we ask that you leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.
