Both static caravans are no smoking.

Short breaks MAY BE available on request.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome. No charges are made for dogs and there is no limit to numbers.

At the time of your holiday ALL dogs must have up-to-date worm/flea/tick treatments - this is to protect our farm livestock, your pets and keep the caravans free from additional visitors!

Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravans or gardens at any time - luxury boarding kennels are available for day care at extra cost - please enquire prior to arrival to check availability.

Please note: If you wish to use the doggy day care facilities your dogs must have an up-to-date Kennel Cough vaccination as well as their normal vaccinations - and proof of these will need to be provided.

Owners are responsible for bringing their own pet's bedding - please do not use the bedding provided in the caravans.

Dogs are not allowed on beds unless you bring your own bedding.

If you wish to allow your dogs onto the furniture please ensure you bring sufficient towels and blankets to cover the furniture to prevent muddy/dirty paw prints and marks otherwise you may be liable for additional cleaning costs.  Please DO NOT use the towels/bedding provided by us for this purpose.

Please note that this is a working farm, so doggy rules require that dogs MUST be on the lead or under close control at all times. Dogs must NOT upset the farm animals - they MUST NOT bother any livestock.

No one, dog or human, is allowed to enter farm buildings or climb on machinery.

If your dog (s) are likely to bother the livestock please keep them on a lead at all times. If your dog (s) are found to be bothering the livestock you will be asked to keep them on leads at all times, and possibly asked to leave if they persist.

We will not accept any bitches which are due to whelp within two weeks of the start of your booking.

Please only walk your dogs in the dedicated dog paddock, not in any other field which may contain, or be due to contain, livestock.  Please ensure that your dogs are on the lead or under close control when outside of your secure garden area.

Please do not allow your dogs to bother other dogs or visitors- unless they are invited!

And finally, please, please pick up after your dogs whether in the garden, paddock or field and please do not allow your dogs to dig in the garden

Electricity is included in the cost of your stay.

Duvet and pillows are provided but the bed linen is not provided (sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases).  Bed linen is available at an extra cost – please see booking form.  If booked, beds will be made up before you arrive. Please remember, if we provide the bedding, dogs are not allowed on the bed(s).

Tea towels and personal towels are provided but please bring a good supply of dog towels and towels you may wish to use on the beach.

Guests are requested to arrive after 3.00 pm and should phone a few days in advance with an approximate time of arrival to allow their caravans to be ready for them. Upon arrival they will be met by Julie.

Guests are requested to vacate caravans by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Weeks start and end on a FRIDAY

We currently do not ask you for any good housekeeping or security deposit.

However, we do expect you to take all reasonable and proper care of the caravan and its furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of your holiday period as at the beginning.

This includes ensuring that your dogs do not damage the furniture or fittings (e.g. by scratching or chewing) and that you take all reasonable steps to ensure that the furniture remains clean and mud/paw print free!

We reserve the right to charge you for any breakages, damage or extra cleaning required of the property found on or after departure.

The caravans are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because of the limited period available in which to clean, we ask that you leave the property and its contents in the same clean and tidy condition as you found them.

Please report any defects/breakages promptly so that they can be rectified for you.

In the unlikely event you have an issue you must tell us immediately so that the problem can be investigated and remedial action taken.

Please tell us immediately if anything is broken or needs immediate repair or will need attention at the end of your stay. This enables us to plan the changeover day so that we can make any necessary repairs before the next guests arrive.

You are liable for all accidental breakages or damage that occur during your holiday.  If you fail to report any damage or breakages you will be liable for the full cost of replacement/repair and we will take action to recover those costs.  This will include additional cleaning, should the furniture require it.

You are required to permit us access to the property for any repairs at any time.

We will make every effort to ensure that all aspects of the property remain as advertised. However we accept no liability for anything which occurs outside of our control that materially affects the property.

We are always interested to hear of your ideas for future improvements to the property.

If you are happy with these T&Cs and you have confirmed availability with Julie, the Booking form can be downloaded from the bottom of this page
